We offer a great value professional property photography service within Somerset and South West England.

Much of the work shown on the main site has been shot for national magazines, but this service is also open to estate agents, letting agents, holiday home owners, landlords, property developers, builders and home owners.

It is tailor made for property marketing. We use hi-specification professional camera equipment with wide-angle lenses designed specifically for interiors. Lighting added to the available natural and/or ambient light, also enhances the finished result, and doesn't compare to the average estate agent using flash-on-camera (the latter is the equivalent of shining a torch into a room, and makes any property look drab and uninviting).

Well composed and lit photographs make any property more desirable to a buyer and I believe worth the effort and outlay for any property. It's a fact that most people, if considering buying, will spend more time looking at the details and photograph of a property than they did viewing the actual place, and the picture is a reminder of what they saw, for live or die, whilst they are considering it, -perhaps even in comparison to other's photographs?

Buyers sometimes spend hours agonising over the details of a property, especially the photographs, -visual reminders of what they saw in 20-minutes, so arguably the photographs are more important than the real thing in the selling process!

PRICES:

£250 per property, to include external, and up to three interior shots, -all lit but balanced with natural daylight/ambient light, and styled to camera.

Travel, writing to disc and delivery of same included.

 

TECHNICAL JARGON :

Shot on high-spec. Nikon D3X Digital Camera
(24.5 megapixel resolution), with Nikon wide-angle, non-distorting lenses.

Images supplied on CD in both the following formats:
RGB jpeg for e-mailing and use on web pages.
CMYK tiff for printing and publishing.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

For first commission (new clients), a 50% deposit is required prior to the shoot date. Balance of full payment is due 30-days after the invoice date, which will be issued once the pictures have been supplied.

A Confirmation Of Commission form can be posted or e-mailed to you prior to commencement, which will form a contact, confirming our agreement and protecting both parties.

...bright and clean, or dull and depressing? You choose.

Believe it or not the picture directly above was shot by an estate agent of a property that I own. Although it looks like the floor tiles have yet to be laid, they were and the time and condition identical. I re-shot it, feeling that if I was looking for somewhere to live, I would not have even considered viewing the depressing hovel the bottom shot presents. It's difficult to imagine they are one and the same place.
